Bricklaying for Housebuilders

Full Plot Superstructure

Brickwork and blockwork from DPC to roofline, including cavity walls, movement joints, ties, trays, weeps, lintels, cavity closers, insulation placement to specification, and window/door reveals.

External Face Brickwork

Standard coursing and feature brickwork (soldier courses, arches, brick plinths, recessed bands, corbelling, chimneys, brick specials).

Internal Blockwork

Load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls, partitions, stair/lift cores for low-rise apartments, garages, and outbuildings.

Substructure to DPC

Blockwork upstands, sleeper walls, steps and threshold details, garage foundations/blockwork (as specified).

Site Infrastructure Brickwork

Boundary and retaining walls, bin/bike stores, meter housings, plot demarcation walls, piers, and copings.
